Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. is the parent company of the Group, focusing on the setting of strategy, coordination of Administration, Finance & Control, human resources, organisation & IT, and strategic marketing & special initiatives.  The parent company also carries out procurement, supervising the operating companies in this activity.   Finally, Maire Tecnimont undertakes the following functions:  legal, corporate, internal audit. communications, and investor relations.
